In the depths of the Shadowthicket Forest, hidden from the eyes of the world, lies the village of Nightshine. The villagers, who once lived in harmony with the surrounding forest, are now prisoners of their own dreams, unable to wake up and free themselves from the web of surreal and often nightmarish illusions. Their bodies can move and act, but their spirits are trapped in a state of perpetual half-sleep, confused and disoriented. You must pass a skill check to find the reason for the villagers' condition. This could be done through the use of magical insights to understand the nature of the enchantment, or through medical knowledge to explore possible physical causes. Or you enter the dream world to reach the villagers there and wake them up. You must take a check on ARCANA & INSIGHT or ARCANA & DIVINE.
